Workwear: Pearls and black striped skirt

6 Feb

One of my favorite outfit secrets is layers. Layering camis and cardis, tights and skirts, and dresses with sweaters. In this particular outfit I layered a skirt over a dress for a completely new look! When you look at your wardrobe, think about how dresses could be used as tops or bottoms. Here, I used the dress as a top and got a beautiful blouse out of it! Paired with a great striped skirt, belt, pearls, and a black blazer this outfit was ready to hit the runway. 😉 (or not, that’s cool too)

Follow along to see how the layering worked!

I love H&M! This dress has been such a life and outfit saver so many times. And I’ve had it for 3 years! Such a fan.
